ACADEMIC HEALTH SCIENCE NETWORK

GM AHSN is a collaborative network of Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and East Cheshire NHS organisations, higher education institutes and industry. Our ambition is to deliver a step change in health outcomes and in how health expertise and spend can generate wealth for our local community.

“We will engage and support our stakeholders to identify priorities for improvement. How we improve the outcomes in these priorities is the question we pose to our researchers, entrepreneurs, improvers, health workers, patients and populations.

We bring them together in fast and innovate ways. We will support their solutions and bring them to life. We will evaluate and improve further. We will then spread at pace and across our entire footprint, and nationally.”

Raj Jain, Managing Director
